These apartments are wonderful higly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to live. The office staff is great Megan is one the best very helpful and has great communication skills. I been here for almost a year now and couldn't be happier

Went to check on my family and this greeted me. When they first moved in mgt said the door frame needed to be replaced after a windstorm. Made total sense. Now after a band-aid fix ( not the frame) it is the residents fault. Becoming a trend with this place.

Mild roach infestation. We moved into a 2bd/2bath in November 2018. The first year was OK. No complaints. Around December 2019, we started noticing roaches and ants. We sprayed, had maintenance put down bait and traps and within a month we didn't have anymore. February 2020, we started seeing roaches again and more frequently at that. We had maintenance come twice between February-August 2020 and they do the same thing put down bait and traps. But none of that is working. We've decided to move out this year when our lease is up because we cant deal anymore.

For the price they ask for a 1 bedroom is crazy, it's a small apt too.nnAlso, if you give them a deposit... look at the apt and expect the $ back soon.. it won't happen. Been 2 months waiting for my deposit back on an apt I didn't get.

Cobblestone Grove can't get a thing from me. Only way to review is to give a star, other than that; I wouldn't have gave it. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Never again. Don't move there, especially if you can't swim. The management cares nothing about you. They're very nice at first to hook you in. After 4 months, We were flooded out of apt. Lost everything. They have pipe issues, mold everywhere and wanted us to continue living in the flooded/moldy apt while they play patch up for months and pay $3,000 for a new apartment or forfeit. I'd read bad reviews on them before I applied; but I wanted to give them a chance and reviews aren't always true. Next time I'll pay attention
