I love living here so much. One of our ladies in the office is the best and sweetest, i believe her name is Taylor. She makes sure things are peaceful and taken care of. She comes up with fun things for the residents and it makes living here fun and truly special. Maintenance is wonderful, if i call they come out either that same day or the next. i have never had to wait more than 24 hours for them. Everyone is so friendly in the office. I highly recommend this place. My family has no plans to leave, just to upgrade to a 3 bedroom.

I have had a wonderful experience living here. I was living in a townhouse with a roommate who decided she was going to break our lease. The management was very helpful and made sure to help me in every way they possibly could. I have and will continue to recommend living here!

I definitely recommend woodland village and Colerain crossing apartments. I've lived here over 3 years. Whenever I call maintenance which is rarely needed they show up within ten minutes. outside is kept clean, and it's quiet with having two kids its a plus. management is nice. I also love how updated my apartment is.

I love it here. Ever since we got new management I have been blown away. The community is nice quiet and upkept. They always have people working on the exterior as well. The office has friendly people always willing to help and fix any issue you have. I really never want to move I've been here for almost 3 years now!

Avoid this complex at all costs! Staff has been proven to be unhelpful on multiple occasions. Additionally each time someone posts a criticism the staffs posts a 5 star review. Dishonest at best!
