Nice apartments affordable housing

So far it's ok. They are fixing the drive ways. They were not able to complete the pool this summer so we have to wait until next year which is a bummer. The apartment itself is awesome except the bathrooms in the 2bedroom apt. Only 1 sink which is very strange but we're making it work

Under new management.nName of apartment has changed as of two weeks ago.nThe new name, The Parkton Apartments.nMy friend has to move due to being advised her lease is up and new management will not renew her lease due to going under construction and renovations. Hope new management do much better at servicing the families in this community that once use to be a beautiful place to stay.

Outside it’s 87 degrees and my air conditioner is broken for 4 days, I have call management team thousand times but they didn’t bother to care about it. Their exact words wore “ people are living without AC for 4 moths and here you are for 4 days only”. I really don’t know how am I supposed to deal with this situation. I have 2 years old baby boy, he started getting rash and getting dehydration from the air of fan, if we stop fan, it’s too hot to stay inside home. I am really frustrated, I really can’t wait to get out from this place. I do not recommend anyone to move in to this place. Don’t make a mistake moving in to this place.
