Woodlawn Meadows is a great community with beautiful homes. However, Maronda didn't use transparent business practices when selling their homes and left the buyers carrying the load. Maronda has great sales people and construction foremen. However, the Maronda Leadership located here in Cincinnati is nothing to be desired. Five Builders built homes in Woodlawn Meadows overall the community came together very well. If Considering Maronda...have paperwork reviewed by an attorney.

A nature preserve was demolished to build this. I can not condone the actions of Woodlawn city counsel in allowing this to happen. My judgement of this place is not impartial so I will decline to rate this anything other than average (I will not promote nor bash).
