After my first review I received a call back from Bob expressing his sincerest apology for the miscommunication. He has been most helpful and followed up with me every day since. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him and I’m glad that we were able to clear things up.

I’ve lived here since February and this is the best rental customer service ever. The units are beautiful and they were super helpful for moving in. I’m here to say their maintenance team is the most response and best I’ve ever had. They fix issues instantly and they are so kind! Bob the building manager is super responsive along with his great team Claudia and Rachel. Hands down the best rental service I’ve personally dealt with!!!

My husband and I really liked Kensington. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The apartment was the perfect size for us and our Aussie. The maintenance team was fantastic. We had a water problem & they came out and fixed our wall and carpet ASAP. The neighbors are extremely friendly, & I always felt safe. My husband worked the opposite shift I did so I’d go on runs by myself and always felt safe on the property. The management team I thought communicated events, news, and changes with policies with COVID-19 effectively & timely. Our move in went smoothly, & our move out did as well. I highly encourage all future residents to read the lease entirely. The management team do a good job at addressing charges so nothing comes as a surprise. However, it’s up to us as a resident to do our due diligence and read the entirety so we understand as well. On top of our base rent we had our pet fee, Duke bill and CUBS. Just make sure to budget according. Duke bill ran us between $40-$60.00, and CUBS remained around $60.-$70. A month. I highly recommend Kensington to anyone. My husband & I loved our cute apartment, and will miss the friendly faces around the property.

Have been here for around 9 months and the place is great! Quiet and super comfortable unit. The people who work in the office and the maintenance staff are all incredibly nice and know what they’re doing. Any maintenance request I’ve had (even small ones) were fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend living here!!

I have been living here since Jan 2018 and been very happy with everything. I have not had any issues and always been very satisfied with the courtesy and follow up of each and everyone of the staff.nnI recommend the place to anyone looking for a place.nnVery Thankful for everything❤
