Not a bad place

I didn't realize the front doors to the address I was at was actually around the back. Just different than I'm used to.

I’ve lived here at Versailles Villiage over eight years now. We have a new owner now whom I see is doing his best to renovate the property. But I also see how so many different ppl have moved into this community who don’t care about there living surrounding, meaning they throw trash, water bottles, beer bottles and furniture all around the property especially around the dumpster areas. Plus the parking has gotten out of hand with all the company some ppl have and not parking in designated areas which makes it hard for us hard working residents to come home to after a hards day of work and have to look for parking. This community could be a better place to live if some things could change. Management is Awesome but can’t do this alone. Make Versailles Village Great Again!!!!nI’m here again 4 months later and the parking issue is still one big mess! Residents have company all through the work week and then especially on the weekends so unfortunately us tenants have NO where th park when we come home. This is ridiculous since we pay our rent on time and some ppl feel the need to add company to their lease. There should be assigned parking for residents and parking spaces for visitors. This is beyond ridiculous and not fair to some tenants who actually care. Also many tenants have 3-4 cars parked for long periods of time not giving any room to others. Some rules need to be in for forced ASAP! I use to call this home but now it seems other ppl can call it theirs. FIX THIS PARKING PROBLEM PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!nnfor visitors

Maintenance is great. They always get the job done no matter what. Carrie is very cooperative and a respectful gentleman and easy to talk to. Makes it easier to reside here.
