We first started using Jansi dry cleaning over a decade ago, because it is just around the corner from where we lived. The couple that owns and runs this store is so sweet, and they have always taken good care of our things. Mostly we give them my husband's work suits, but I have also trusted them with sweaters, silk dresses, and other delicate items.nnI would say their prices are on the higher end of fair -- which is still substantially lower than other places I looked into after moving away from Jansi.nnOnce I learned of their free pick-up and delivery, I was super excited that we could keep supporting this small family-owned business, especially since we have enjoyed working with them for so many years already.

I've been having my shirts done here for ten years. They're always done well, and for a better price than the larger local chains.

Closed early... the night before I needed my graduation gown and hood. I tried to pick it up on my way home from work, and they were pitch black- well before their posted 6 pm closing.nMy gown was wrinkle free the next morning, and I changed my rating from 1 to 3 to reflect this. However, I was pretty stressed out. Their reason for closing early? “The weather,” by which they meant a bit of rain.

Poor example of Drycleaners, they shrunk a suit of mine, a very good suit and didn't realize it until I went to wear it, called them took the suit in and they told me the could stretch it that didn't work. I ended up giving my suit away what a loss. Examine your clothes really well after taking them home. I believe they're washing unwashable clothing.
