Great customer service
Good family owned business. Very nice people. Pretty good service pressing shirts and pants. Hard on buttons, but most dry cleaners are, especially with the cheap plastic buttons that are used on shirts nowadays. Wish they were open Wednesdays, but I understand...
I have always had a great experience with Pleasant Run Dry Cleaners! The service is excellent, my husband's shirts and pants always been cleaned and pressed perfectly. The employees are kind and friendly. The customer service provided always top notch. I could not recommend them enough!
I'd give a zero if I could!!! Don't take anything with decorations here!!!! Twice I took gowns and they messed em up!!! I thought since this one only had 2 smaller decorative items it would be ok.....NOT!!! They were removed for cleaning purposes (understandable) but were not put back like they were originally so I have to try and fix (not a seamstress) because I dont want to hear excuses as to why the weren't put back correctly by a professional dry cleaners!!! This sucks!!!
