We had 14+ apartments that flooded during the winter storm in February here in Texas. Mark with Teasdale came to Texas and helped with the damaged apartments drying up the water and removing everything that could cause any issues in the apartments. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of arrival date and time and issue with each apartment. He provided detailed notes and pictures of all apartments for me so it was a lot easier to provide to my corporate office and to know what was going on in each apartment. He had great communication with each step of the process. My residents informed me he was very polite and helpful to any questions they had. I highly recommend them for any restoration work needed!
Based on their reputation and value, we selected Teasdale Fenton to clean our air ducts. All seem to go well and the technician was nice. After the job was complete, the technician showed the amount of dirt collected and it was not as much as I had thought there would be. The technician even said it wasn't that bad.nThen, later that evening I went to the basement and saw water on the floor coming from the furnace under our humidifier and the furnace filter. I shut off the furnace and removed the filter. The filter was caked with debirs that should have been extracted from the furnace but the filter was never removed. See picture below.nI called the company twice. The first time the call went to voicemail so I left a brief message and my phone number. No call. After the weekend I called them again and talked to a person who listened to my complaint and said she would pass it to the manager. Now a week later still no reply to my call. I will continue calling.nI would expect some kind of compensation as I had to purchase a new filter and spent two hours cleaning up the mess. After I installed the new filter all is well with the furnace.
Fast. Reliable and Awesome technicians. They cleaned my air ducts and did a great job. I could not believe how much dirt they removed from my air ducts. They even talked to me about my filter replacement and how i would need to replace the filter soon and gave me multiple options. would use again in the future.
Teasdale Fenton has cleaned my carpet several times and each time they come out the staff is super nice and they do a great job getting my carpets clean. I always tell my friends and family to use Teasdale. They have been around for along time and have a great name.
Great service from Cory and Shane. Highly recommend them and the service. Arrived home to a toilet that leaked through to the basement, everything they did was great
