The vacuum area was great. I liked the crevice air blower (idk the name of it). It was helpful in getting to the tough areas. I got the Wax It! Wash. It looked good, but did not get the back of my car well (SUV). The wash went by too quickly. I think if it were maybe 1-2 minutes slower, I would have had a more thorough cleaning. I might try it out again to see if something different occurs.
Great car wash! Free vacuums are a plus. Only thing I wish they had was a self serve option so that you can wash your rubber mats.
Awesome group of gentlemen and lady this morning. I purchased the unlimited wash. I work in the death business and I have to keep my car perfect at all times. The free vacuums are a huge plus and as someone who’s a stickler for car wash experiences this is a great place. I bring my own towels for drying as I find cheap towels will leave behind hairs etc. referencing the past person. Fantastic customer service and high quality facility is what I look for and this place nails it. Thanks!
Great salesman at the entrance of the car wash, not harassing just very easy and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service from Zips, met the District sales manager when I was cleaning out my car along with his boss. Just to introduce themselves as a company and explain my wash package. The air blowers are of course my favorite to get the little crumbs our kids drop! But no spots from drying my wheels are glowing! Hands down the best in town!
Customer service was great! I had trouble with the machine and an associate came out to help me. Even with it being cold he stayed and answered all of my questions. I’ll definitely refer this place to all my friends! O and the vacuums are amazing ud83eudd29
