Terrible service. The stylist was late. The braid quality was terrible.The WORST $180 I've ever spent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Amazing customer service!!! The previous poster called crystelle while she was braiding my hair. She asked her to come over and braid at her house. She even had the nerve to offer to pay $25 for her braids to be done at home. What a shame!!! This is NOT a mobile salon .Crystelle is an amazing braider. I like that she stood up for herself against a bully pretending to be a customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
I called crystelle and made an appointment for the next day. When I called to make sure she was coming to braid my hair, she canceled the same day! I was horrified since I had plans. She had the netve to get nasty with me, when I am just a customer looking for services. I WILL NEVER CALL FOR THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!
