We moved to Cincinnati without a home locked in and had to live out of an Air BNB while we searched.nnBrian was great about understanding the urgency of our need and was responsive 24/7 and willing to show us any house we wanted to see at the drop of a hat.nnNot only that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the little things - spotting faulty work on flips, noticing poor material qualities, letting us know the timeframe that major areas of the house will need to be redone (roof, water heater, furnace, etc).nnAfter my experience with Brian, I’d trust him the way I’d trust family - with full confidence he would always act in my best interest.nnThank you, Brian, for the great help through our moving process!
