I used to live here. They seem like they've been updated a little bit. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the very thing I hated has not changed - the tiny kitchen. The addition of the dishwasher is a nice plus, but only one drawer and barely any space for a microwave and coffee maker is a huge minus in my opinion. And I never understood the point of having sliding glass doors with only a railing to keep you from falling to the ground below. Why not do some serious renovations and add the balconies?

I have lived at Romaine Court for 3 years, and really enjoy the peaceful environment. The office staff has been so attentive, and promptly taken care of all of my maintenance requests, and has allowed so many cool upgrades to my apartment. This is a great safe complex, and a superb value for the Oakley area. I highly recommend Romaine Court!

Karen with Fath Properties has been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with! Moving apartments can be a complicated situation and Karen made sure we were always taken care of and in great hands. She has met all of our requirements moving into the new apartments. She has also been super flexible with out move in date!nnSuper helpful:)

Very convenient location that is not far from where I work. The maintenance does not take too long to respond when they are needed.Office staff is friendly and helpful. I really like that there is a lot of space in the apartments as well .Also the neighborhood is quiet and not too noisy

This hidden gem in Oakley is almost everything you need! It's always clean and the office staff are always responsive. Definitely recommend it!
