I had been a tenant at The Woods of Turpin a few years back, and recently returned this year! I originally was drawn back to the affordable, newly updated apartments and the pet friendly community; but the new office staff has been nothing short of amazing! Matthew and Starr have been extremely accommodating, understanding and ensure they maintain lines of communication open for all of your needs! They welcomed myself back into the community warmly, and made it feel as though I never left!nThe maintenance staff completes all repairs in a timely manner, and oversees the cleanliness of the community as well!nI will always have The Woods of Turpin in my heart, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and quaint community!

I really adore Woods of Turpin. Love the location, the fact that it’s pet friendly, the beautiful trees, and the kind staff. Order buildings with charm, I feel close to everything yet tucked away. There’s a community of people here that watch out for each other. I recommend!

Several different management companies and very little work/effort on their part. Numerous homeless people sleeping in laundry room, police seem to be on complex daily because of one issue or another. Maintenance does not fix what they are asked. Management does answet the phone or return calls ever. Last place I would ever rent from again. Four letter word describes this place to a tee. ITS A DUMP!

Fairly new tenant here and I must say I absolutely love this place so far. The office staff were very helpful while I was on my search for apartments. When I choose to apply here again so much help and answered every question I might want to ask even if it was the smallest random question.nThe office staff now are doing an amazing job to keep us as updated as possible during this covid19 pandemic. Maintenance is doing a wonderful job getting back to questions or concerns I may want or have. While following safety procedures and the maintenance staff is super polite.nnFor the neighbors I havent had any problems everyone is nice and keeps to themselves for the most part. The scenery is lovely with the woods and creek.

The new management team here is nothing short of amazing! In a very short time, they have gone a long way in making Woods an awesome place to live. Matthew, Starr, and the new maintenance staff really care about the property and the residents, and everyone on the team is responsive, kind, and efficient. Thank you all so much! We appreciate you!
