As a home inspector, I work with Tim McFadden and his clients regularly. He is definitely my favorite realtor to work with because he throughly reviews each inspection report with each one of his clients ensuring they understand every aspect of the report. I have worked with him enough to know that he isn't just in the business to make a buck, he truly enjoys what he does and genuinely wants the best for each of his clients. I didn't hesitate to use McFadden Realtors when selling my home and buying a new one. Highly recommended!

I worked with Mcfadden Realtors on the sale of my starter home and purchase of my new home for my growing family. Tim McFadden has been in the business for a long time and is very honest and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had and always had my best interest in mind (I don't know that you always find that with the big realty companies). With Tim's help, I felt like I had all the information I needed to make the biggest purchase of my life! I would recommend Tim and McFadden Realtors to anyone interested buying and/or selling a home. You won't be disappointed!

Tim was excellent to work with. We had worked with a few realtors prior and it was only when we started working with him that we begin to enjoy to process. Very knowledgeable when it comes to local markets and helpful in pointing out various things to pay attention to when walking through each home. Tim's personal touch really sets him apart from other realtors. He truly cares about each of his clients.

After 35 years and 9 real estate deals it's been a pleasure working with McFadden realtors.nI'm guessing, at least 20 showings, evenings, weekends, foul weather.nAssistance in finances, answering all of our questions. Tim McFadden was a nightmare to work with after the papers were signed and the down payment was paid. Two years ago, we bought a house and Tim was the realtor for the new home construction. During the process of digging and pouring the foundation, they damaged our former future neighbor's driveway. The builder was horribly rude to them and after I had a pleasant conversation with him, asking to be nicer to our future neighbors, we got a phone call that they were terminating our contract and building the house and selling it to someone else. Tim McFadden refused any communication with us. Fortunately we got our down payment back but we had a lawyer on standby in case there was a fight to get it. Do not work with Tim. He works with Sinclair Building Group whose owner had multiple felony charges against him in regard to home construction. There are a lot of good realtors in Cincinnati. Tim McFadden is not one of them. In fact, he's one of the worst.
