I currently live in Patrick square not only has nothing been done since I’ve moved in apartments they also have roaches I’ve been here for 2 years first year rent went up $100 this year $150 I called rental office and spoke to dawn all she wants to do is argue so I’ve reached out to Ackerman to try to get my issues resolved. They advertise a different price on-line, and don't tell you about additional fees. Just another business lying to get you in the door and wasting your time.
