Worthless. I am giving Negative 10 stars! This Roosevelt Barnes was the listing agent for a house I was trying to buy. Never once did he answer a phone call or email!nnHe didn't do anything! Zip. 0. Does he even exist?? Why own a realty business when you do nothing!nnMy realtor had to do all of Mr. Barnes responsibilities of being a listing agent on top of his own.nnA disappointment. I am happy I walked away from the house because he certainly didn't do jack to deserve his commission from the sale.
