After having some terrible experiences around the city, I found Beth and Mary at Widmers in Kenwood!! They are amazing ladies who know treat each customer with respect and it is a pleasure going in when they're working. They check each garment upon arrival and not only send it back if there is an issue but also, they will call you to let you know. I'm particular and a bit of a stickler, so I sincerely appreciate their attention to detail and care for each customer!
A error happened with one of my evening dress..Beth and Josh fixed it so that it looks better than when I put it in...Great service for being a first time customer!!!
Widmers ripped me off. I have mental disability and the worker could tell. She intentionally confused me, tricked me, lied to me, and hustled 4x as much money as it should have cost. Then got rough with me and told me theres nothing I can do about it. They have affluent customers because of their location. So are they too good for people who struggle like me? Pushed me around like I'm a nobody. Over priced. Bossy. Rude. And elitist.
