Olive + Ivy Salon ????

Meg did my bright blue hair and it turned out more than amazing! She's a literal QUEEN when it comes to fashion color. I went in with uneven shades of blue, tints of gross brown and green and very grown out roots. She made me have hope for my hair again. It feels so much healthier and silky smooth. I will forever go to Meg for my fashion colors! She's so easy to have a conversation with and you can tell the entire salon staff are close and seem like family with one another. They always encourage each others work and it was just all around good vibes. Everyone is so sweet and very funny! 11/10 highly recommended.

I love Olive and Ivy so much! If you are looking for a salon to call your home, look no further. I see Shelby for all my cut & color needs and she never ceases to amaze me. I love spending time in her chair & in her company, she's the best! The staff is so professional and the atmosphere of the entire salon will make you feel so at ease and comfortable. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Good luck getting a hold of a stylist if you're a potential new client. A friend of mine told met to check this salon out, as the tattoo artist we both go too had suggested it to her. So, since they don't have a website or number to call, I found their social media accounts. No biggie, I know plenty of places do business this way nowadays. From what I can tell from their posts they do a phenomenal job; experts in fashion colors, friendly stylists, coolnspace, etc.nnTheir Instagram say contact stylist directly to book. No problem. I look through each profile, kind of narrowing down what I'm looking for vs what they each seem to specialize in. I see that one stylist has her books closed so her regulars can come in, one isn't accepting clients right, one is on leave...again, no big deal. They look like a great place, I expected them to be pretty booked and I'm not in hurry to get my hair done, I'm just hoping to get in.nnFinally, I've got it narrowed down to one stylist, I've double checked to make sure I don't see anything about closed books/not accepting clients, it all seems to check out, and it looks like they don't use a booking site, just DM or text to book. Perfect, I send the DM and I wait. Don't hear anything for about a week and I think, well, maybe they took some time off, they're super swamped, message got lost, whatever. I'm giving full benefit off the doubt. I decide to give it another go and send a text this time. Now here we are, another week has gone by with radio silence.nnLook, I'm not even upset that I can't get an appointment. You don't want my business, fine, but I'd rather you tell me to scram than get nothing at all. It's just frustrating to get no response at all, especially when there's posts on social media everyday, which leads me to believe my messages are just being ignored.nnThat all being said, I'm not telling you not to go. If you can get an appointment, take it. I'm sure they'll do an amazing job.

I saw Lauren and she gave my hair life! The results were EXACTLY what I was explaining to her! This is the first time I’ve been happy with a cut/color in a long time! She was so nice and easy to talk to, I can’t wait to book with her again! The salon as a whole is very welcoming and beautiful. I loved the modernness and all of the real plants around! This is a space I can’t wait to spend more time in as a client!
