Servpro is AMAZING! I had a flood in my basement and my insurance company recommended calling these guys. They were at my house within a couple of hours, when everyone else was booked out until the end of the week. Justin got here and jumped right in! Thanks to him my basement is dried up and mold free!

Nobody wants to find a leak in their basement. It's one of the worst scenarios any homeowner thinks about. After a call to our insurance company, they sent out SERVPRO. They were here in a hurry and began the cleanup process. After getting it cleaned up, they assessed everything and prepared for the restoration work. We were assured that everything would be restored to the way it was before -- I was skeptical. Over a couple of weeks, different contractors showed up to replace the insulation, drywall, trim and paint. Each one was friendly and happy -- plus they did great work. At the end, they came and cleaned the carpet and even re-assembled the furniture that was in the room. I'd say SERVPRO has gone above and beyond in all aspects. They guarantee their work and the craftsmanship and care has been outstanding throughout this ordeal. I can't thank SERVPRO enough for being trustworthy and thorough at taking care of our needs!

Serv Pro did an incredible job after we had water damage covering much of our basement living room. I love how quickly and personably they responded each time I called the to ask a question. Jason was always readily available to ask questions or express concerns etc. Their staff knew what they were doing and did a great job with the repairs. I loved how they had different guys come to fix the various parts of the repair such as a painter for the painting part of the job etc. It’s nice to know there is always an expert there for each part of the repair process. I felt like there were an honest, good, hardworking and efficient company and that they were very responsible. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Serv Pro!

EDIT: I had the wrong franchise. It was the Bountiful franchise I worked with. I posted on their site instead...thanks! They came out quickly but have been waiting almost 8 weeks for them to come put my house back together. Finally had to find a different company to finish their job.

I am the proud father of three beautiful little ones. However, sometimes, they tend to get into a bit of mischief (like happened recently when my three year old decided to pull the plug on the front of our washing machine -- which lead to a load of wash being run without the plug. That flowing water ran down our heating vent and into our basement...causing a great surprise for my wife who found it. We made a quick call to my friend with SERVPRO of North Utah County and he was at our house QUICKLY to check it out. The expertise was pretty astonishing. He knew exactly what to check and how. He started by assessing the situation, then gave us direction on what we should do, and then got us some fans and a dehumidifier to help dry the mess. I was amazed at his knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. I would 100% recommend SERVPRO of North Utah County to anyone who needs help with any kind of disaster recovery project (or other services they offer). Luckily, my family is safe and SERVPRO took care of us, and we are on our way towards a dry basement:). Thanks SERVPRO
