Fairfield Lakes Townhomes

I moved into Fairfield Lakes Townhomes and love living here. The Manager, Kayleigh is nice and has always been helpful when I call the office.nI think it is a great place and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Maintenance has been good too. Never have to wait too long anything to get fixed.

I love living here! It's close to work and the highway is 5 minutes away. You can't beat the location. The community itself is nice and quiet. The new management put up security cameras which are a plus and we also have a security system in our townhome. I feel safe here! The school bus goes through the community so my kids are able to hop right on instead of walking to one stop on the other side of the complex. The new property manager is very nice. The upgrades in my apartment are the best part of living here. The kitchen is a really good size, in apartments you mostly see galley kitchens. We have a ton of counterspace and a pantry! We also have a powder room downstairs which is great for when we have company over they don't have to go upstairs. Great place to live!

This is a wonderful community. They were destroyed by the tornadoes and decided to upgrade the entire complex. The upgrades are nice with granite countertops and hardwood floors. I do know that they had some issues with management but they seem to be getting better. The new property manager seems to care about the property and the people that live here. She has kept in close contact with me about the updates/issues that will be fixed on the property. I did notice they are starting to put new fencing up around some of the townhomes. The new owners seem to care more about how the property looks as well. They now offer online payments which is a lifesaver for me since I'm busy all the time. Great place to live and great management!

Owners/ new management are terrible and gave almost no communication to employees. They allowed two different managers to work there and steal tenants and their money. They have changed from management company to management company with very little effort to make sure transitions are good on tenants or employees. Homes were cheaply and quickly remodeled leaving tenants with multiple issues and safety hazards. So much for “luxury” homes. Was told they would be removing the basketball court because it attracts the wrong crowd... new updates to the place like fences on the back patios were supposed to have started in august and still hasn’t started. Many tenants could break leases with no penalty because they never even signed a lease let alone have the proper information on file and the landlord has definitely broken their own rules listed in the contract. The new director has seemed to care about tenants more so hopefully we will see a change for the better.

This place is the exact opposite of luxury. The townhomes were remodeled in the most cut-rate way possible. I tried explaining that my townhome wasn’t insulated properly due to the fact that within a day my home temperature will drop by twenty degrees - yes, from 67 to 47 degrees, and one of the ladies in the front office told me it was normal since that also happens to her - that means multiple homes aren’t insulated - and it’s not normal. My water heater has broken and been replaced twice. I went almost a week without hot water at one point and had to shower at my gym. I had to argue how Ohio state law stated that I didn’t have to pay for the days I went without water. I have had bug infestations, my HVAC broke in the middle of summer and my furnace broke in the middle of winter, I’ve had items stolen from my car in the parking lot, and the front office doesn’t communicate effectively. They weren’t even aware I was moving in and they were in utter shock when I showed up on my move-in date.nEveryday there are police patrol cars parked in front of someone’s home and there always seems to be some ruckus going on. A neighbor in here also enjoys racing his car every. single. night. So that’s fun. The first two months we were here we didn’t even get mail. I had to drive to the post office to get mail because they didn’t even have mailboxes set up here - while people lived here.nHonestly, if I could go back in time and just not live here, I’d do it. It’s going to cost me almost a whole month’s rent to break my lease and I’m willing to do it just get out of this place. These townhomes are extremely overpriced considering all the issues.
