Revonne Arrington was the realtor for the person who bought my house a couple months ago. Her ineptitude and incompetence thoroughly complicated a simple process. We were constantly waiting on coordination which I can only imagine was because she had to try and convince her clients that she knew what she was talking about at every step of the process. In addition, someone at the title company had to bring in one of their children to explain the process to her in simple enough terms to be able to close and even then she managed to complicate things. It it wasn't for realtors like Revonne, we wouldn't have a measuring stick to be able to tell how great other realtors are in comparison. Overall, I imagine her only real use as a realtor is buying a house from someone she represents because you'll probably be able to get a great deal. But if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having her as your realtor, I imagine you're better off burning your house down for the insurance money and taking your chances with the court system.

This is a fairly new company so I have tried to be decently patient but the issue Now is severe lack of communication from the rental agent, and the maintenance department. I knew the girl that moved out of my apartment, and she is having issues receiving her deposit, a month later. We have lived here a month now and the issues with the apartment that we were promised would be fixed when we moved in have not been. Maintenance apparently only works Saturday and Sunday, and does not call until day of to see if they can enter your residence. There were 3 weeks straight we simply heard nothing. There is severe water damage, and a heavy smell of mildew and mild in the master bathroom, of which the previous tenant was told just to spray bleach on. The laundry outlet is outdated to the point where current contractors by law have to put a new type of outlet in, which ours doesn’t have and we were told by the people installing our washer if we just switched out the cord on the washer it’s could cause a fire if there was ever a power surge. We notified Janice, and she literally told us “They’re pulling your leg.” A simple google search proves what the guy installing the washer said was true, Janice just doesn’t want to switch the outlet. If Brennan (the rental agent) doesn’t know an answer to an inquiry he simply won’t reply, and will dodge calls. He’s a nice person otherwise, but his communication skills need to be improved massively. As a business owner myself I’m appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication I’ve personally experienced just trying to move in and live in a safe apartment. I cannot believe my friend has not received her security deposit a month later, and Janice simply needs to not work for this company as she’s gotten literally nothing done since I’ve moved in.

Beautiful place. Tons of history. Treat conference hall. Amazing brewery.
