I used to live in Ashton Brook apartments for 4 years and I can tell that I had an amazing experience with Nichole, And also the manager who both live in the same community. They are super helpful, kind and responsible. It’s a safe and friendly community which I always felt safe to walk, and let my children to play. I highly recommend it and will be back if I have to get back to Beavercreek again.

Nichole acted like she can't be bothered to interact. She acts disinterested. She is abrupt. She made me wait while she carried on a conversation with a coworker (not work related) right in front of me (this was after she greeted me and had me sit down, etc). I was there seriously inquiring about renting. She wanted to wrap up the conversation as quickly as possible. Did the same thing when I asked a single question over the phone.

A good place for graduate students and younger couples. Has 2 decent workout facilities, a nice pool, good maintenance staff and the apartments are clean. Apartments are spacious and well priced.

Ashton Brooke is a great apartment complex. The management staff is awesome!! They are always super friendly and helpful! Maintenance is also great, they have always come to fix anything within 24 hours of us calling. Great updated apartments, you will definitely not regret living here!

I lived here for 3 years and left after my job took me to a different city. I have not been able to find a place as wonderful as Ashton Brooke! The maintenance was extremely timely - my water heater once broke one morning and it was replaced within 3hrs. Nicole at the front desk knows everyone by name making it feel even more homey. The 2 gyms have everything you need and I didn't feel the need to join an additional gym and they also had a public meeting room I would often use to study. The location is ideal being right off the highway, yet removed enough that it was always quiet.nnThe models themselves had a spacious set up and worked well if you ha e roommates. Each room has a walk in closet and a private bathroom. There was never a shortage of storage.nnI loved living here and cannot say enough good things about them!
