SINCE MOVING TO THE VILLAGES AT STONE FALLS IN 2013 MY WIFE & I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING OFFERED! THE SECURITY IS UNBELIEVEABLE EVEN WHEN PACKAGES ARE LEFT AT YOUR DOOR ALL NIGHT! WE HAVE NOT HAD ANYTHING MISSING FROM OUTSIDE OUR APARTMENT SINCE LIVING HERE! THE GROUNDS ARE VERY CLEAN & WELL KEPT! ALL THE AMENITIES OFFERED ARE UNMATCHED IN OTHER AREAS, I.E. SWIMMING, BASKETBALL, TENNIS, HEALTH CTR, LAUNDRY, ETC.! THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING & MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ARE THE BEST! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE VILLAGES AT STONE FALLS WHEN YOU NEED TO MAKE A MOVE!

I have been at VSF for nearly two years now, and I have felt so at home. The apartments are spacious and cozy, thanks to the high ceilings and fireplace. The management office has always been so kind and welcoming to us, and the maintenance staff is incredible. They respond so quickly and are in and out before we know it. Another perk is the ample parking space offered to tenants. I genuinely enjoy my life here and plan on staying for years to come.

I have lived at the Village at Stone Falls for more than 10 yrs. No apartment is going to be perfect, but the pros far exceed the cons.nnPros: Staff are AMAZING - friendly, trustworthy, & responsive. They really care about the residents. Once maintenance replaced my broken hot water heater at 5 pm on a Friday - within 10 min of me calling. Also, we were hit by a serious tornado about a year ago, around 11 pm. Damage was severe in areas. No power. Some places were totally destroyed. The property manager and head of maintenance raced to the complex to check on us, even though some roads were impassible. You can't put a price tag on that kind of care.nnThe property is BEAUTIFUL! There are two ponds. It is well-landscaped. Pool and fitness room are clean and well-maintained. No dogs allowed means no barking and no doggy poo.nnMy 2 bed, 2.5 bath unit is spacious. Great floor plan. Lots of storage. Kitchen is amazing - much more counter and cabinet space than comparable properties. I love the little patio, and I love that the lease requires residents to keep their patios tidy.nnNeighborhood is quiet, very good for walking and biking, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to I-675 and Rte 35.nnCons: Property is very well maintained, but not well built. The seals between the panes of glass in many of my windows are cracked, so condensation collects inside. Windows are terribly drafty. Buildings are poorly insulated, which drives up utility costs. Pipes freezing in the winter has been my biggest source of anxiety while living here. Twice, pipes ruptured and flooded the first floor of my apartment.nnWater in Beavercreek is incredibly hard. It will destroy your coffee pot and leave residue on just about everything. This issue has nothing to do with the Village at Stone Falls. It is a problem with the water for the entire municipality.nnSummary: This is a great place to live! I definitely made the right decision to move here, and I am SO glad that I stayed!

I really enjoyed my town home's cleanliness, storage and layout. The staff was always prompt, friendly and service oriented. Their quick response to their community after the tornado was impressive and appreciated.

I’d like to say the cost of rent is OUTRAGEOUS. The apartments are completely littered with mold (mostly in the closet spaces) it was literally affecting our health while we were paying more than 1k a month for rent. Absolutely ridiculous, these people are charging an arm and a leg for run down and moldy apartments with easy access for wasps and stink bugs to get into. I had 3 different infestations while living here.
