Rhonda is fantastic! She was always attentive and went the extra mile to sell our house. Without a doubt the finest agent we have ever worked with. If we ever move back to the Beavercreek area, she'll be one of the first calls we make.

Rhonda goes above and beyond for her clients. Rhonda is very professional and just an all around fantastic person to deal with. She has great communication and is always available to answer questions. She is a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her to all potential buyers and sellers!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Came to town from out of state to view houses with Ms. Chambal for a few days that I pre scheduled with her a month in advance. We were on a tight time schedule for buying due to relocation and I was very clear with her from the beginning that we needed to find and buy a home preferably on this visit. The first day with her was spent viewing homes in horrendous condition all of which she told me she had previously shown before, which implies she was well aware of their poor condition. Which made me question why she would waste both of our time showing me them. In the mean time most of the homes on my list to view that I was very interested in seeing went under contract after my first day in Dayton, so I did not even get a chance to view any of them. On the second day she informed me that she didn't really have time to take me out as she had many closings that day. She tried to get me to meet her at a house for a showing. I was blown away, here I am from out of town looking to buy a fairly expensive house and she acts like she cannot be bothered with me. Suggests her assistant could take me out that day, I said no. I could go on as there were many issues I had with Ms. Chambal and her lack of care, concern or customer service. I ended up finding another agent and buying the first home I viewed with her. Ms. Chambal is def a busy agent. Too busy apparently to bother showing or selling homes to people like me who were serious about purchasing a home in a very short period of time. I def would not recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Dayton or the surrounding area.
