This review is based on my experience over the last 6 months renting from Roost.This review could easily be resolved if Roost Real Estate will respond and answer our questions/needs.nnI am a landlord myself and I would never ignore my tenants requests/phone calls. I can’t speak for Roost as a company, but the individuals assigned to our rental are not passionate or willing to help. It’s sad because our initial impressions were positive.nnDuring our lease they have not responded to any of our calls for service. When we told them we were terminating our lease they decided to send someone out, but only for half of the service request(?)nnWhen requesting to speak to our leasing representative I am told I can not reach out to her directly. She has no office phone number. I must continue waiting and hope that she eventually calls me back. This is day 3 of me calling and being told “she just left the office you’ll have to wait until tomorrow”. Guess if I don’t hear anything by day 4 I will take action.

It was okay because they have nice properties, but I couldn't find money in my price range and/ or that accepts section 8

Debra White and the Roost Realty team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. After vetting multiple property managers there was really only one clear choice.nnDeb and her team have great communication and really go the extra mile to answer any questions and ensure you as the property owner are comfortable with every move. She currently manages our duplex with 4 more single family's headed her way in the near future!
