I am from fairborn but moved to riverside and was first of all pleasantly surprised that hyatt plumbing serviced my area. Dustin and Chris came out to fix a repair on a busted leaky pipe. Chris was so professional and used a lot of impressive terminology and also advised me what i could do to prevent future pipe bursts. They also gave me a quote on installing a tub spout. The value and what i paid was shockingly reasonable and i really thought the service was most impressive. Thank u hyatt plumbing !!you are my forever plumbers !!!

After having another service unsuccessfully try to figure out where our leak was coming from (at no small expense!) we called Hyatt's. They were able to come out for a diagnostic appointment very quickly (2 days vs the other company, which took 2 weeks to get me in) and were able to successfully identify the source of the leak and schedule an appointment to fix it for just a couple days later. Chris and Dustin were professional, friendly, on time, and completed the work more quickly and at lower cost than their initial estimate. Pricing was extremely fair. My water heater stopped working. Hyatt Plumbing was the quickest to come fix it but I was very glad they came! Other companies wanted to talk me into paying $1,200 for a new water heater. Hyatt Plumbing was honest and quick to fix a part that keeps the pilots light on for a total of $140. In 2 hours from my first call they fixed the problem for 10% the price that other companies wanted. I appreciate their honest, swift, and far priced business. Mike was the guy that came out to fix my issue. I recommend the company and I recommend Mike.
