Customer service was amazing here! Not as busy when we went but the food was still delicious .ud83dude0b the Cinnamon Pancakes melted in your mouth! Our server Susan did an amazing job!

The breakfast variety is great. The taste and quality of the food is good. However I found the service a little faulty. For example I asked for an original cappuccino without sugar and to be brought with my food. Instead I received a luke warm Carmel cappuccino way before my food. And when I asked for my coffee to be reheated I was told it can't be made hotter. Besides the incident the overall experience was good.

Do not go here. They do not want your business. 2 tables in restaurant were occupied at 2 pm. Waited to be seated while the waitress talked to her friend. She finally sat us and took no drink order. Indicated she would return but her friend was still the priority. We walked out. Pathetic!!

Went to Bob Evans with my favorite grandparents. They raved about the server and said they request her everytime. The employees really catered to my grandparents, knew their order. It made me so happy to know there is still some amazing people who love their job and love making a difference no matter how small.
