I gave up doing my own shirts for work many years ago so I go weekly to the dry cleaners. We live in Lehi so there are many closer dry cleaners between us and Durfeys in American Fork, but I have given up trying others.. Due to COVID I tried one closer again recently thinking it would save time—bad idea—2 broken buttons on my shirts out of the gate. Yep, every few years I have done this, and with every other dry cleaner I have tried ,shirts come back with broken buttons or other issues. This time I decided to write a positive review for Durfeys because they are exceptional rather than write a negative review of the other dry cleaner—the other dry cleaner is just doing what every other dry cleaner does.... be average. The building isn’t fancy but In 20 years of using Durfeys only once have we found problems. My wife had a dress where the buttons were a bit damaged—not broken. Durfeys searched the internet and found exact replacements and put identical new buttons on without a single question or hassle. If you do the math, I average 40 to 50 visits to Durfeys per year....that means they have done my cloths around 900 to 1000 times in 20 years with only one issue worth discussing? Now that is quality control and solid customer service.

I had to get a BUNCH of huge blankets all cleaned and was quoted one price (very reasonable). When I came back to pick up my clean blankets, they informed me they had misjudged the size of one of the blankets and so gave me a refund. I would have never known they had miss-charged me and I appreciate that level of honesty from a company. I will use them again. Also, the people that work there were all pleasant and helpful.

Ya know, in all this craziness, sometimes a “good morning” with a smile makes a big difference. I appreciate the great customer service and as usual, a quality cleaning completed on time. Thank you for years of great service!

They were quick and polite. Their drive thru service is awesome. Even being a new customer I spent a total of 4 minutes there for drop off and pickup. My suit looks great and was done on time. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions concerning cleaning an older wool coat. Excited to see how it turns out with the issues the coat has.
