1. Wrong information was given about the price of their service upon drop off so I gave all my clothes that needed alterations not just the ones that are necessary - as a result, I paid over $200.n2. Poor time management - they had a whole month to finish their job, but still called me to let me know that the service will not be done on time.n3. Unprofessional alteration - see attached photo.nnThey needed all that time, just to make me find out that they have done a sloppy job.

Long Cleaners are the best, and the fine people at this location even better! I've been taking my clothes here for 7 years and they never fail to impress. Whether it's re-hemming a seam that came loose, sewing on a missing button that I'd forgot about, or running an extra soiled coat through again, Long Cleaners' staff always attend to the details so that all my items are ready to wear upon pickup. Rockstars they are!

I've been a steady customer with these folks for the last 15 years. Their work is always good, they stand behind it, and they are extremely dependable. Paula, currently at this location, is outstanding. She works hard to make sure I get everything on white hangers the way I want, and never fails to make me feel like one of the family when I walk in the door. Also can't say enough good about the new service I just tried - shoe shining. Their behind-the-scenes guy does great work. I call him the Shoe Wizard because he rescued a pair of shoes I soaked in turkey grease at Thanksgiving!
