Without a doubt, Long Cleaners stands behind their outstanding quality service! After wearing my new Christmas sweater, I took it to this dry cleaners according to the garment tag label. Unfortunately, some of the beads came off during the process. THIS LONG CLEANERS actually had their Representative, Lyndsey, call me to ask where this sweater was purchased. She then went to the store, ordered and PAID for a new identical sweater for me!! WoW! Who provides this type of service--LONG CLEANERS DOES!! We have used them for years and have always had exceptional service--but this really was over the top customer service! Thank you Lindsey and LONG CLEANERS! Most expensive in area by far, and I don't know how ANY cleaners stay in business- not only zero help with stains, but not even help with ring around collar or anything! If course, still have to pay, though. Waste of money.
This is my drycleaners, that I've chosen over others. I'm trying really hard to stay a customer after they lost a key person in their plant that inspected the garments, because the replacement doesn't check now. I've ever asked the manager that checks me in to add a note on my account, which is seen in the picture I've posted. When I say something, it's checked, but the next time it isn't checked and my shirts are wrinkled with stain spots. I need consistently!!
