Tech was very informative and did a great job cleaning! I called him to do the basic service but after seeing what came out of the carpet I decided to upgrade and get the deeper clean. Will definitely use their service again!!

The tech was late which was really inconvenient for what we had going on that day. After he arrived, he said "I see that you booked the 3-room steam cleaning on Groupon, but that doesn't actually clean anything, it just 'freshens up' the carpet. If you want it actually clean, it will cost another $150 on top of what you already paid. If you want it really clean, it will be another $250." What!? The description on Groupon specifically says that the steam cleaning actually cleans. Everything went downhill from there. It was also a portable carpet cleaner on wheels, not the truck mounted kind that I hear is superior. I'm reluctant to leave negative reviews, but I want people to know what to expect if they book services with this company.

Eli did a fantastic job. Quick and efficient. Carpet looks brand new after his work. Would definitely recommended Eli and the company.
