Tried to get a haircut today as a walk in. I was told there was one person in front of me and t would be about 15 minutes. The young lady took my name and phone number and said they would text me when they were ready. I returned to my car to wait per her request. 40 minutes later I went back in. The manager (who refused to give a name) seemed inconvenienced at my mere existence. She walked to the counter and I explained that I had been waiting and had been told 15 minutes and was wondering how much longer it he wait would be. Her words exactly were “I know that ain’t true”. I simply cannot believe that management would react in such a way. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the corporate number and she told me to look it up myself. I will not return to this location. Horrible trashy management!
The first woman to cut my youngest son's hair sped through his cut. Didn't clean up the edges and said done! There were chunks missing that shouldn't have been. Every time she came near his head with the clippers she looked away! I had the woman doing my other sons hair fix it... took over 20 minutes... a whole new cut later and its so much better. Not what we came in for... definitely not what i expected for our family pictures... but the second woman did a fantastic job fixing the mistakes. I guess i know better for next time. Beware of the older woman with white hair.
Using the app I got in quickly. My stylist gave me recomendations to meet my needs and did a great job.
They give pretty great clips!
I'll never go to great clips ever again ask for a skin type fade they make it so hard to fade and blend it in it's unbelievable
