I give this place a 5 star, meanwhile my fiancee would give it a 1 star because of the exceptional customer service that prompts me to spend so much damn money here.
Every person working in the store (stocking shelves, working the floor and cashiering) was very friendly and willing to offer help. The inventory was abundant with a huge variety in all categories of skincare, haircare, fragrances, makeup and related accessories. Everything was clean and organized/neatly displayed. The atmosphere was relaxing with bright lighting, uplifting music and comfortably air conditioned. I not only found the products I wanted but I had a very enjoyable shopping experience!
Customer before me was such a Karen to the girl at the register today!! and I wanted to hop on here and say that Joheny was very sweet and I had no problems with her. You people need to start being nice to the employees there cause we are living in rough times right now!
