Excellent customer service, all my questions are answered and the move in process was extremely smooth the ladies (Chelsea who is AMAZING!) and I forgot the other young ladies name really walked me through each and every step. Thank you so much and really making us feel like home!

I have lived at Hilliard Grand for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The management staff and maintenance go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. I will continue to live at Hilliard Grand as I feel safe, the community/amenities are beautiful and taken care of and it’s a place I call home! I would recommend anyone to come check it out as you will not be disappointed!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to live. The office staff is friendly and willing to help when needed. Maintenance fixes things timely and they are very courteous!

The leasing office is HORRIBLE. They are so unprofessional , they never answer the phone and are beyond unorganized. The apartments are decent but dealing with the leasing office is like pulling teeth, it’s not even worth the hassle...
