I have been living here for years with great experience. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A Maintenece gentleman came to help us today, he was great. The manager Marcia Barnes is very responsive and kind.nThank you for making a pleasant living environment at Britton Woods.

Just signed my 3rd lease...not 1, not 2nd...but 3rd. Quiet, cozy, serene...not far from freeway access, shopping, parks...perfect location. Staff has always been awesome in the office and on the grounds! Kudos to all!

me and my family has been here for many months and have a great time! I like the 2 pools and car vacuums and pretty trees. my kids like park and jungle gym by pool too lots of space for fun. Staff is always smiling and being nice I recommend for everyone!

Lived here for 12 months really enjoyed it. Quite neighborhood with a great location close to Tuttle. I would recommend.

If I had reviewed this property a few years ago it would have been much higher, but things have gone downhill here drastically since the last time I lived here.nnI do like my apartment, and for the area the price isn't that bad, but the cons far outweigh the pros at this point. Here they are:nn1) Maintenence is absolutely horrific. There were so many issues when I moved in and I keep finding more. Yes, I understand that COVID has affected this. Hence the 3 stars.nn2) the units are terribly insulated. Time to get new windows and attic insulation!!!nn3) snow and ice removal/treatment is very bad. This property is a death trap in the winter. I worked in hotels for years and understand that snow removal companies can be less than reliable. TIME TO GET A NEW COMPANY.nnI don't take pleasure in leaving negative reviews, but I hope this will lead to improvement in the near future.
