Joel is AMAZING! He helped us find an amazing house and was super diligent throughout the entire process. It was tough at first finding homes that were available in the exact neighborhood we wanted because as soon as one would pop up, it was gone within a few hours. He even helped us find a great lender and got us closed in a matter of weeks. The man doesn't waste any time. Super efficient, knows the area and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
