Apartments are Nature friendly. I like the Spectacular Lake view. Its good to watch Ducks and Geese swim in the lakes. Trees with the Fall color as well as Cherry-blossom around the community is enjoyable.

If your thinking of staying at Perimeter Lakes apartments... RUN AWAY. The office staff is just horrible! Maintenance? What maintenance?! When they decide to show up, after many many calls to the front office to fix whatever it may be, they never fix it correctly. My favorite is when my heat stopped working and when maintenance showed up 3 days later, he was on YouTube trying to figure out how to fix it! Your monthly rate will also sky rocket each year. Dont expect to get your deposit back either. They will find a way to keep it.

Great place to live, all the important necessities are near by within a walking distance.nThe community is pretty safe where you can take a walk even at night without any fear in ur mind.nThe only issue is with the Maintenance service, Its too slow

I love the neighborhood, its peaceful and quiet, everyone says hello and are friendly! I enjoy taking walks with my children too! I also love the apartment even though the maintenance request takes awhile to get done it doesn't change how I feel about the neighborhood.
