food was very good, service was questionable. our server or the lady who took our orders was very rude, didn’t ask us if we needed anything other than one time. never checked to see if we needed boxes, didn’t even really acknowledge us half the time. but our food runner (chris) i believe, he was amazing. super sweet, very attentive. i don’t think we’ll be returning to this location because of the lady who took our orders and waiting over 15 minutes to receive boxes when we asked twice. as well as seeing multiple rats outside of the location.

Never disappointed. Food, service, value always awesome no matter when I visit. I travel 16 miles and it is worth every mile.

Service was great. They follow all guidelines and are pretty clean. I will definitely rec'd Jackie who was our server of the night. She was a bomb..

The CSR I placed my order with online was phenomenal! She suggested items to order when the item I really wanted wasnt available. She also suggested items for my twins to enjoy. I love how prompt she was and gave me a total at then end. My husband picked up our order and called me expressing how flustered the cashier was because the Resturant was very busy. He had to wait a little while, which is understandable because of the high volume the restaurant was experiencing. Seeing how our meals were preordered online, I’m not understanding how I was overcharged. I was quoted $69.50, but charged $87.46. The Resturant is only willing to give me a credit, but I would rather have my money that was taken from me due to the carelessness of the cashier. our food was cold. I had to settle for the cod only entree since the shrimp wasn’t available. My cod and sweet potato fries were cold. We are literally across from the mall so Luke warm I would understand but cold??? My twins tenders were cold and their sweet potato fries were cold and hard. My husbands fries were cold and hard as well. This means the fries were an old batch. The side of Mac was not a full side. We literally received one scoop. The to go container wasn’t full at all. Both burgers were ordered to be well done but received a medium well burger. Pink in the center. Salad was delicious! My husband enjoyed his burger. He had the bacon cheese burger. Though it wasn’t thoroughly cooked, the portion he ate, my son enjoyed his burger as well. The had the Southern Charm; He was just very disappointed it wasn’t well done.
