Brow Bar - Tuttle Crossing Mall

This is the second time I visited this brow bar. First time I didn’t not have a good experience,but the lady was very nice, not going to get into detail but I was cut a lot and my brows were VERY UN EVEN .I’m not very picky and I understand that there is no way to having perfect eyebrows but is was sooooo bad. I decided to go back just because the lady was very nice and she was busy so I thought it might of been because she had a lot of people and felt rush. No biggie I understand. I decided to give them another shot. And definitely disappointedud83dude23 My second visit was worse, the person that did my eyebrows was not the first person I had at my first visit. This lady was rude, 1st off I didn’t get what I requested (just a clean up) took me months to grow my eyebrows from the the other girls mistake. She literally did not just took out the bigger hairs but did not touch or shape my eyebrows, thought to myself maybe I didn’t tell her correctly, so I let her know what exactly I wanted. Now the place was not busy at all. And she got upset because she actually had to shape my browsud83dude2c lol and then she left one extra thin and the other hardly touched it ud83dude2b so I gave up and just told her to leave it alone and I’ll fix em at home my self. I’m all cut from the thinner eyebrow. I get that u can’t help getting cut sometimes but these cuts are just bad, too deep . I’m highly disappointed! And NEVER going back. I do not recommend it all . My 2 sisters were with me and had the same experience. I’m sorry I didn’t want to leave a review but she was just rude and they definitely need to work on so much stuff

This place is wonderful! They always do a great job on my brows! I’ve been coming here since they opened. Best place in Columbus for sure!

Treated my sister and I yesterday at getting our eyebrows done. And I asked the lady if she could break a $50 before I paid. She said yes and she handed me back $14. I looked at it and kind of gave her that weird look like where's the rest of it. Looked around and didn't see any signs for the cost any where listed. I asked my sister if she knew the price and she didn't she assumed the same I did that it would be around $10 each. So roughly about $20 for the two of us. I walked out and started looking up the website only to realize they don't post prices anywhere. The only price listed on their website is a $19.99 special of free eyebrow threading for a month. I definitely didn't get charged that price either bc I never got anything to confirm I purchased that service either. I googled many places in town that do it and they are all within $8-$12.. I get my eyebrows threaded in Fort Wayne, IN all the time. We were just visiting Columbus for the day. Sure enough the lady definitely overcharged me. There is no mistake about that.

These ladies are so dedicated for good service for eyebrows, tinting and eyelashes. Even though they stay busy they make sure you are satisfied giving enough time and focus on each one. Good and clean place with positive attitudes. Love 'em!!!

I brought my wife to that place and been there so many times. she loved the place ! The customer service was so wonderfull. She has never had any complain. This place very neat and clean.
