I am extremely disappointed in how unprofessional this office is. I was charged for a service I did not receive, and when I inquired I was told a number of stories to defend the poor business practice and really just mistakes in healthcare. I understand the healthcare and insurance industry very well, and I was cheated. When I tried to file a claim to dispute the overcharge, the lead practitioner began to raise her voice, wouldn't stop talking, and started snorting at me when I said her statements were inaccurate and didn't make sense. Really odd since chiropractic medicine already is pretty disputed.
Dr. Jamie and her staff are so nice and awesome at what they do!
A wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to you and then devises a plan, suited to your needs, that will help you manage or solve your aches and pains. I am truly appreciative of her honesty and compassion.
Adjustment and massages were both great. Feeling much more like myself after just a few visits.
The whole staff at Dublin Family Chiropractic is top notch! I go there for adjustments, massage therapy, and acupuncture. All the insurance information is clearly explained up front and is taken care of in a timely manner. (when I say timely manner, it's normally the insurance companies that cause it to delay. It's normal to have about a month difference between service and a response from the insurance company.) Keep up the great work!
