Appointment was for noon. I was seated on time with 3 other different people that came in after me. Someone started water after 35 minutes which was cold after another 25 minutes wait. No one offered a menu of services. The other 3 people were already at polish stage, after 1 hour wait. I finally left with wet feet and the feeling that no one appreciated my business. I will frequent another salon.
This is my go to place for any nail services. They have beautiful colors and everyone that works here is so kind! They all do a fantastic job. I also had my eyebrows microbladed here and they turned out beautifully.
Wow! What a place! My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight and we were blown away! We get manicures and pedicures often and these were the best we have ever had! Great service and super nice people. We will definitely be back!
I had an appointment for a regular pedicure and dip manicure at 2pm. They didn't start on my pedicure till 2:45! Someone brought me back to my seat at around 2:15, turned on the water for the foot bath and left. Then by the time they came back the water was room temperature. She clearly rushed to do my pedicure and it was WAY overpriced. $40 for regular pedicure that took them 20 minutes and this place doesn't give you the usual spa treatments like salt scrub and hot towels with the basic pedicure.nOverall the manicure and pedicure both look good but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! And so rude that they made me wait 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and then rushed both of my nail treatments.
Situation was rectified and manicurists were more than accommodating to me. Thanks so muchud83dudc85ud83dudc85
