We have live here since the apartments have opened. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is spacious and is rarely crowded. My girls absolutely love the pool and pool area, especially the splash deck. I live here with my wife and 3 kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with a play ground and a dog park.(very pet friendly)nnJacob S.

Emerson Park is the sixth apartment, other than single family homes, in the last fifty years and is by far the nicest and friendliest I’ve ever lived in. Four in the last twenty years have all been brand new. From the time I entered the community first Brittni and Kaitlin and now Brittni and Chloe have done a fabulous job to make me feel welcome. The maintenance crew do a good job of correcting problems in a timely manner. I will probably stay here till I need to move to assisted living. Brittni and Chloe do you proud in watching out for your residence. I for one have minor mobility problems and these two are always watching out for me. For sure your staff does an exceptional job in maintaining community. Thank you.nPhil K

My partner and I moved in about two months ago, and we have loved it here ever since! We love how spacious and nice our unit is and how affordable the rent has been. There's also tons of green space, and the buildings are all nicely spread out so there's always plenty of parking. It was huge plus for us that the apartment came with a washer and dryer and has two humongous closets. Additionally, the management at Emerson Park is fantastic. Not only are they super friendly, but they are extremely willing to help with anything you might need. We also have had a great experience with Maintenance. They came the very next day after placing a work order. We would definitely recommend checking this place out!

From the start Brittni was super helpful in getting my application filled out and then in helping me get the things done that I needed to before my move in. She was always so quick to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. My apartment itself is so well-maintained and spacious, I feel like I moved in with quite a bit and I still have extra storage space and a great amount of open space in my living room and bedroom. The community feels safe, friendly and quiet, and it's so nice to see so many dogs around! Maintenance is great too; I submitted a work order once and they came and fixed my issue promptly the following day. I also really appreciate the recycling pickup every Friday morning. I'm really loving my experience here!

lived here for almost a year now. staff is so helpful and quick to answer questions or fix issues that come up. Nice community, family oriented and safe feeling
