Moved into Albany Landings after accepting a job role near by, and let me tell you the search was daunting...Albany Landings was straight up with me about requirements to move in, and they’re INCREDIBLY accommodating! The front desk staff are always very friendly, and the amenities are at the top of any apartment I looked for!nThe ambiance of the complex is very pleasant, and has a wide range of demographics of those who live there that I’ve seen! Along with newly renovated apartments that are clean top to bottom at an affordable price, makes Albany Landings an easy 5 stars in my opinion

I have lived at this complex for quite a while. People - including me - often write reviews to complain about a negative experience. I’m writing today to instead relay a very positive one. I called this morning to get maintenance on a garbage disposal issue. Molly in the front office swiftly got on top of it and had Adam from maintenance at my door. Once here, Adam quickly realized he would have to replace the disposal and said he’d be back later with a new one. In what seemed like no time at all, he was back. He quickly installed the new unit and - just as importantly - he was extremely polite and friendly in the process. Overall, a very pleasant and painless experience. A big shout-out to Molly and especially Adam!

Great place to live! I love the relaxed vibe here and all the neighbors are wonderful. It is very quiet and perfect for enjoying time on our patio. One of my favorite parts are all the walking paths everywhere so we are always outside exploring! The clubhouse is adorable (and has free Starbucks coffee!) I feel so grateful to have a wonderful group of community managers overseeing the complex and they always greet us with smiles when we enter the clubhouse. Love it here!

This is a great place to consider if you are looking for place to live in Northeast Columbus. The administrative and maintenance staff are excellent, and are very responsive to any needs you may have. In addition, the property is generally well taken care of and the neighborhood is quiet. Albany Landings is a great value if you are looking for somewhere that has nice amenities and excellent customer service!

I moved in a couple of weeks ago and I found the area quite pleasing. There is a lot wooded space that gives you a sense of privacy and walkways that allows you to walk pets and work out. Even through all of the social distancing requirements, everyone was pleasant and made sure to answer all of my questions during the initial process. I do have a small problem with my particular building...the address does not mesh with the orientation of the building and I'm finding that delivery drivers are having a hard time finding my unit. So make sure to check where your unit is before signing.
