My boyfriend and I both tried to contact Debbie Everhart about a rental home in Groveport. He got in contact and asked if they could have the owner fix the rotten side door, then asked how we could apply and explained we are interested. We looked at the house Sunday feb 2nd, got in contact the same day, and after asking about the rotten door to which we should she would ask the owner and asking how to apply, by Tuesday she replies it’s been rented. So why weren’t we told that someone else was already applying or that it wasn’t likely going to be available? Instead we were ignored for an entire day and then told it’s been rented out. POOR customer service and communication. Clearly did not want to rent to us for some reason. Never again with this place or this woman.
