We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump andnwhich model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

Used them once, and they were great. I just tried to use them again. And the girl who I talked to was obviously new. I have a leak under our house. And she said she had never heard of a leak under a house. And she didn't think they could help me with that. And she didn't know who to even tell me to call. I called Best Plumbing based on a referral from a friend. I had been contacted for excess water usage by Jefferson Water. Jim (the owner) called me back within 15 minutes and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Jim gave me some homework tonight -checking the meter tonight, not use any water after that point and then check the meter in the morning. Also, have to check the sprinkler system. I have never had a plumbing company walk me through things over the phone. I did find a hose spigot that was leaking a little bit of water and was difficult to shut off, so hopefully that at least helps. Jim and his office staff are extremely nice. I will have them service my home from now on.

I had a leak from the pipe going into my hot water tank. Called around to get a service person all told me it would be four to five days before they could come. This company told me they could be here the next day. The repair man, Mark P. , was a blessing. He analyzed the problem quickly and did the repair. He was WONDERFUL. I would recommend this company to all. They know what they are doing and CARED I was in a crisis. Thank you Best Plumbing, New Albany

Working with Mark felt like I was working with my father. He was kind, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. I picked this company because of the rave reviews I found online and feel compelled to add to it because the customer service was so amazing. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
