Jason is a great landlord. We have rented with him for 3 years and the apartment rent price is reasonable and he is always making upgrades. Maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. The apartments are reasonable to good quality and appropriately priced. He has multiple properties and is willing to work with you to help you find what you need. I highly recommend for the overall good experience we've had over the past 3 years.

Don’t care about tenants at all, apartments are falling apart and maintenance team doesn’t fix anything.

They won't even show apartments to people who aren't students (including recent graduates), don't waste your time.
