Jim represented me as a sellers agent for my Short North home. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience; he was knowledgeable and straightforward from the beginning. His pricing strategy was spot on as I received multiple offers over asking price within the first 24 hours of listing. He provided excellent advice during the negotiations and ultimately got me a price above what I was expecting.nnI would recommend Jim to anyone who is interested in selling. My wife and I met with Jim when we began planning our long distance move to the Columbus area. Jim was very flexible with his schedule and met with us every time we were in the area to show us more houses. Jim drove us around and showed us everything we wanted to see, as well as some places he thought we might like based on our needs. He listened to us very well, and was an excellent communicator. He was also very quick to respond to any texts, calls, or emails. He's also an encyclopedia of Columbus area knowledge and history. What stuck out most to us though, was that we ultimately decided to wait on purchasing a home and go with an apartment for our first year or so until we got more used to the area. Jim could've been upset at us for wasting his time, but he was very supportive, told us to stop by the office to say hi when we were in the neighborhood, and recommended some great restaurants to us. We will absolutely be using him for our future home purchase, and the one after that, and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

We used Stephen Dial to sell our existing house in Powell and as our realtor on a new build (also in Powell). He was invaluable in both.nnIn selling our house, he took us every step of the way and explained everything in great detail, was organized, and promptly answered all our questions (and we had plenty!). When it was time to get ready to put our home on the market, Stephan and the photographer did an amazing job. So good in fact, that we had 19 showings scheduled the first day!nnIn the end, we had 4 full price or above offers within 24 hours on the market. Stephen helped us negotiate the best price and terms.nnIn buying our house, Stephen was our advocate and helped mediate any and all disputes with the builder.nnIn the end, we couldn't recommend Stephen more!
