I just moved in last week; so far I have really enjoyed living here and working with the management team. The application process is online and streamlined. They were quick to respond and always helpful. I have mostly worked with Brittany and she has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I absolutely love the building and apartment so far. From what I can see, I’d definitely recommend the Wood Company if you’re looking for a new place.

I have lived in two different Wood Companies apartments. They are always very professional and polite. Maintenance Requests are always dealt with promptly without fuss. The new resident website and portal is very easy to navigate for payments and maintenance. Move-in and Check-out has always gone smoothly! The rent is reasonable relative to other properties in the area. I needed to extend my lease a week or two at the end based on my moving situation and they were very flexible with me. Highly recommend!

I lived at the Dennison and have only good things to say about Wood Co. My apartment was beautiful and spacious, I only moved because I was looking for a property with a fenced-in backyard for my dog. Wood Co. was always professional and responsive, and continued to be so after I moved out. If you are looking for a Short North or surrounding apartment, I highly recommend checking out Wood Co.

The people at Woods Company are great, the type of landlord you want to have. Always professional, and willing to help if needed. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff as a whole are very friendly. I always recommend their properties to friends, or family looking for a place in the area.

You want to live in a Wood Co property! We scoured the downtown, short north and surrounding areas; Wood Co is by far the best. Beautiful suites with amazing amenities, such a good value compared to other big names, plus the best locations. Management is amazing, true concierge service that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend to everyone.
