The property we lived in was recently refurbished and looked very new and clean. We loved all the finishes and the layout of the property. Landlord was always very responsive with any maintenance issues (which were very few and far between). Location was great close to everything in the Short North. Awesome company to rent from.

Moved in 2 weeks ago and management completely lied to me and informed me it’s my fault for not researching more. So for the future tenant i would love to make it easy for you, this is a terrible place to live and they will not care about your safety and mental well being. They discriminate against people of color, charge you whatever price they want for the exact same thing as your neighbors and the maintenance is terrible.

I've rented from Urban Restorations for two years and find them to be very responsive. Invoices are clear and comprehensive. As landlords go they are very professional.

Julio Valenzuela is one of the key figures at Urban Restorations and is a conman. He parcels off properties into small LLC that he then uses to defraud people of their security deposits and then uses this status to avoid paying back despite being told to by the courts.
